Throughout the year, we were able to connect with our customers through a variety of tradeshow and events including the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) annual conference and the Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show. We also attended the PPAI, North America’s largest international promotional products tradeshow, and IFA – a global innovations event.
We also rolled out a series of new products this year such as telescoping rail poles, 10×15 and 10×20 rolling bags, and hard shell shipping cases in 5×5, 8×8 and 10×10 sizes.
We are also proud to have introduced a 4-touch customer service process to keep our customers informed from order placement to fulfillment. As soon as our client places an order, we provide the timeframe it will go to print within 48 hours. Next, we send a picture of their printed tent. Then, we provide a shipment timeframe, also within 48 hours. Finally, we send the tracking number once their completed product has left our facility. We are currently the only canopy company to offer this level of customer communications.
Finally our move to a larger facility, in addition to the acquisition of a new screen printer, will allow for more production and the room we need to grow in the New Year.
