As we said earlier, 2017 will see more action. When a customer sees a video, they connect immediately. We are seeing a lot more videos as we scroll through newsfeeds and a lot less static images or words. Videos are a much more memorable way to get your message across. Facebook’s Live Video feature lets you engage with your customers while you broadcast.
