Set up and Take Down: The Most Efficient Way to Set up Your Customized Tent

Share:

The best pop-up tents are easy to set up and just as easy to take down, right? We are proud to have the best pop-up tents on the market and the setup/take down process is a crucial part of that. Afterall, nobody likes to spend half the event setting up a tent! The innovation we put into our tents along with our history of high-quality products, ensure easy set up, we promise. All of our tents are made with the highest quality and can withstand regular use over time. Even though we make them to be used on a regular basis, it’s always nice to have some tips to make sure that your tent stays in the best shape possible.

  • Plan ahead. Before you set up your tent for the first time, take everything out of the bag at home. Make sure you have everything you need before you head to the event. This will also give you time to read through the directions.
  • Have 2 people. Too many cooks in the kitchen is a real thing when it comes to setting up your canopy. You don’t need more than 2 people to set one up!
  • Set up the canopy!:
      • Have 1 person stand, centered, on opposite sides of the tent. Grasp the lower “V” at the center. Both people will lift up and pull out, stepping away from each other.
        • Pull out the frame ½ way and place the fabric top on the frame.
            • Attach to each hook & loop corner.
                • Pull the frame completely out.
                • Lift each leg & slide lower leg extension out until the latching button snaps into the first adjustment hole. It will be best to be set at the lowest upright position.
                • Put the four ground spikes through each hole in the bottom legs to secure it to the ground.
                  • Stop if you encounter resistance. Do not force the canopy to lock. Doing so could lead to further damage by putting pressure on the scissor bar. To adjust the height or level, depress the leg latching buttons and slide the lower leg extensions as required to latch any of the four adjustment holes.
