For the past three years, KD Kanopy has had the pleasure of hosting a fundraising golf tournament in support of the Friends of Kids in Crisis, a Colorado-based organization dedicated to the support of abused and neglected children.
This year, we’re proud to again offer a lending hand by hosting 18-holes of errant golf shots, three-putt bogies and good times at the Arrowhead Golf Course on Friday, August 12th, 2011.
The tournament will feature:
- Four-person scrambles in GPS-equipped golf carts to find those wayward tee shots
- All the food you can handle with catered breakfast, lunch and soft drinks to maintain your sharp focus on those tricky 8’ birdie putts
- Range balls and hole contests to keep you on your game and motivated
- And last—but certainly not least—a chance to win a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle and $50,000 in cash
The cost to take part in the fun and games is $165/person or $650 for the whole team.
As part of the efforts to raise money for the Friends of Kids in Crisis, we are looking for tournament, hole or contest sponsors. We are also seeking awesome donations for the silent auctions and raffle items. For any company that generously donates, they will get their names up in lights with listings on the tournament website and all marketing signage and flyers…how great is that?
And as a late, great TV pitchman famously said, “Wait – there’s more!” — any donation, sponsorship or team signup will also receive 10% off any purchase at KD Kanopy. All donations and sponsorships are tax deductible, so you can give, give, give until you can’t give any more!
