What Are Most Custom Printed Tents Made of?

When it comes to making an informed decision regarding your custom printed tents, it’s important to learn as much as possible about them. One of the main things to consider is the material that these tents are made of and the way they might impact your experience.

Typically, the canopy frame is made of a type of metal that is resilient enough to withstand strong winds and other forms of damage, but still low maintenance and relatively light. Sometimes steel is used, but it’s usually aluminum, as it’s lighter and easier to move. Steel framed canopies cost less, however, and can withstand external stressors and bad weather a little better.

The top of most canopy tents will usually be made from a type of fabric that can easily be printed on, yet doesn’t fade or lose its integrity in the rain. Most tops are therefore made from a type of polyester fabric, and are considered to be quite resilient.

The aluminum frame canopy sizes you can get will differ depending on the manufacturer, but most pop up tent sizes are either 10×10, 10×15 or 10×20 feet. Custom sizes may also be available along with custom designs and special features such as adding telescopic legs for increasing the height or providing a custom printed tent wall. These features will of course cost more, if you consider choosing them.
