“Sin City” became “Signage City” as two of the top promotional product expos took Las Vegas by storm this past weekend, the PPAI and Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show. KD Kanopy attended both and was among thousands of exhibitors showcasing the newest in promotional and sports licensing products.
KD Kanopy recently partnered with the University of Florida and Florida State for licensing to make canopies, and hopes to add licensing for 12 more schools this year. With over 20,000 participants at both expos combined, they were the perfect opportunity to preview our new Florida State tent and extensive canopy offerings to a large audience.
PPAI
North America’s largest international promotional products tradeshow, the PPAI Expo featured over 1,340 exhibiting companies showcasing more than 100,000 products at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. More than just an opportunity to display new products to a large, centralized group, we were also able to connect with suppliers, distributors and retailers during this five-day gathering. The PPAI has become one of the most important events of the year for the industry and KD Kanopy alike.
Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show
Together with sporting goods, mass market and specialty retailers, and other suppliers, KD Kanopy exhibited our portable tents, canopies and new sports licensing products to more than 5,000 attendees from all over the world at the Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show. With retailers ready to buy, the show was a great opportunity to get our name out to a greater consumer base, and make new customers out of many of them!
Expos are a great opportunity to connect with and network within the promotional product industry, and are a lot of fun. It turns out expos in Vegas are even more fun! Although this was only our second time to attend both shows, we are already seeing the benefits of our participation and are looking forward to attending next year.
