While many of our pop up canopies are known to last for over 10 or 20 years, it is possible that in that time your favorite canopy might incur a little bit of wear and tear. We’re here to say that it will be okay. Just breathe.
Just like our shade canopies have got you covered at all of your trade shows and events, KD Kanopy has you covered in the event that something should happen to your canopy. Here are a few tips from your friends at KD Kanopy on how to handle any damage:
- Be proactive. Damage to your canopy can be avoided with the proper precautions. If you notice conditions outside getting particularly windy, pack up early. It’s also important to note that, while our pop up canopies can handle Mother Nature, you should take it down after each use. Do not leave your tent up for multiple days. - Return for repairs. If a specific part is damaged, you can find a new part from our website and replace it yourself. If it’s a bit more difficult than that, you can always contact our repair department and make arrangements for repairs.
- Know your warranty. Your KD Kanopy warranty will cover only factory defects, so it’s important to treat your custom canopy the right way. If you do notice a defect in your canopy, do not continue to use it. Be sure to call our customer service department at 1-800-432-4435 for assistance. We will repair the item free of charge.
